What we’re currently looking for:
A Success Program Specialist to support the growth and optimization of lifecycle and targeted adoption programs. Reporting to the Customer Success Program Manager for downmarket programs, you’ll connect the dots between teams in Customer Success, marketing operations, and others across the business. You will be a problem solver; optimize for efficiency in program delivery; and enjoy building and improving processes and systems with an eye for customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive automation and optimization efforts for adoption programs.Coordinate with multiple teams and internal/external stakeholders on program timing, audience generation, and platform co
nsiderationsManage task list to launch programs on time and according to specificatio
nsMaintain docu

Desired qualifications:
1-4 years of total work experience, with 2-3 years experience in project managementAt least 6 mo
nths experience with Salesforce and marketing automation Excellent prioritization and coordination skillsStrong time management and perso
nal management skillsStrong user of MS Office or Google DocsComfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing enviro
