Job Description

The individuals for this role would need to be a strategic thinker and communicator, ready to help members as well as represent the brand and help the company connect the dots to address potential quality issues.

This is a position that will require the individual to be incredibly thoughtful, respectful and efficient with their time.

They’ll make an impact by:

Representing and protecting the company's brand with media by driving positive messaging highlighting the rigor that the Member’s Mark brand team goes through to develop every item, while and combatting negative narratives in a way where members feel heard and supported.Serving as a brand spokesperson to ensure complex and sensitive topics from the members are responded to in a way that makes them feel supported and heard from a brand that cares about humanity.Acting as the first point of contact for members with poor experiences or looking for answers to questions on products.Writing, editing, and deploying communications using BazaarVoiceProviding consistent message delivery reflective of the brand tone and voice.Enhancing the Member’s Mark brand reputation by listening to the needs of the member and ensuring that they receive a solution that drives brand affinity and loyalty.Identifying emerging issues and crafting responses while bringing appropriate parties into the conversations when appropriate.

You’re organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.You’re a master at the English language and communicate in a clear concise manner that displays strong spelling and grammar skills.You’re a master at making complex subjects easily understood through words and visuals.You’re comfortable with digital communications and response strategies.You’re experienced at representing a company using their tone and voice.
