Job Summary:
Provides assistance to the Chairman and CEO in the following areas:
• In organizing meetings.
• In preparing the meeting's agenda and minutes
• Reminding him of pending issues
• Follow-up on required report submissions
• Maintaining well-organized files
Job Qualifications:
• Preferably a finance or accounting degree from a reputable school or university.
• Extensive experience in finance-related functions
• Must have 20 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, General Manager, or President of a company.
• Solid knowledge of file organization
• Possessing strong written communication skills
• Must be a team player, can relate well with all levels in the organization.
• Extremely well-organized and systematic
• Reliable and willing to work outside of office hours
