Job SummaryThe person in charge will report to the Operations Associate Manager, and together they will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. The Operations team’s scope includes Business Governance, Internal Process Implementation, and document Control. As a fast-growing organization, other operational responsibilities may arise and could be included to be under the scope of Operations. However, HR and Finance have separate departments and will be out of scope as of now.ResponsibilitiesTimely and accurate generation of sales-related official documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, amendments, purchase orders)Ensure proper organization and storage of digital and physical sales-related official documents (e.g., signed contracts/agreements)Identify target areas, propose, and implement improvements in company operations - through process redesign and/or automation system development.Measure, evaluate, and report Operations Metricsdocument and communicate sales processes and implement operations improvements.RequirementsGraduate of a top international/local school with a bachelor's degree (preferably but not required) in a business or operations-related course1+ years in an Operations or equivalent role and working experience in a fast-paced environment; globally operating tech companies or management consulting is a plus.Basic calculation skills in a spreadsheet application (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) are a MUST.
