Job Description
a. In charge of over-all-sales performance of the assigned area.
b. Conduct store visit to ensure the following:
· if fixtures are well maintained
· proper display
· arrange stock pull-out
c. Handles store opening. Assist in delivery and installation of fixtures and merchandise.
d. Conduct Product Training
e. Help in sourcing of promodisers. Conduct interview.
f. Submit Weekly Sales Report (WSR) every Monday with stock allocation.
g. Report to the management sales performance of assigned area against target thru weekly sales meeting.
h. Regularly conduct promodiser office day meeting once a month.
i. Manager promodiser's attendance and performance including submission of reports and inventory management. Ensure that they comply with the company's rules and regulations.
j. Gather sales information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and submit to his immediate superior.
k. Assist in countering and collection.
l. Handle costumer queries, complaints and issues.
m. Source for potential business opportunities such as entry in new stores or new retail player.
n. Coordinate with Service Department regarding defective stocks and pull-out concerns.
o. Directly reports to Sales Manager.
