Job description
- Reporting to President and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Answering phone calls, emails and managing correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangement.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
- Attending meetings and keep minutes- other similar tasks.
Qualifications
Graduate of Secretarial Course, Office Administration or other similar coursesWith at least 2-3 years of experienceProficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptio
