Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicantsPlan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newslettersCreate engaging job descriptionsCreate and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent communityDesign and plan recruiting eventsServe as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting eventsGenerate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiativesCreate monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metricsWork closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challengesSuggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagementResearch marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industryConsult with TA teams to build the reporting infrastructure necessary to collect and analyze TA data, offering actionable analysis, and developing reports for TA leadership and their teams for use with the businesses they supportOversee data telemetry of TA systems, ensuring sourcing, hiring and onboarding activities get accurately captured through dataDesign a standardized reporting and analytics cadence that meets TA leadership requirements and can scale accurately and efficientlyChampion data accuracy and analysis and help influence change in TA operations, processes and programsGenerate data graphs/visuals (in various tools) with ease so that data insights ‘pop’ and are connected to key business and TA driversMust have at least 3 years experience related to in Recruitment & Marketing Analytics
