Take/Make outbound calls from/for potential clients, send quotations, answer queries, provide and request documentsMaintain and update knowledge of competitor offeringsBidding and Negotiation of pricesCreation and Maintenance of agreements between clients and the companyManage and update the Companies CRMManage prospect contacts and encode in CRMKeep clients updated regarding the status of their orders and appointmentsCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of expected deliveriesAssess the quantity and condition of inventory for saleAssist in marketing campaignsAssist in administrative tasks as requestedWork within established regulations and adhere to legislative requirements at all times

What you’ll bring in:

Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or tasks Driven and resourceful in finding innovative approaches to ensure their message is resonating with potential customers Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvementsExcellent communication skills – verbal and writtenHas at least 2 years experience of proven and intensive experience in Outbound/Inbound Sales campaign, preferably for an Australian clientKnowledge in departmental business, budget planning and cost efficiency/analysis will be a bonusStrong Sales background and negotiation skillsStrong computer technology product knowledgeAbility to work in a team environment as well as independently
