Job Description

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management.At least 1 year of working experience specializing in all areas of the Human Resources.Can work with minimal supervision.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Has proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Excellent attention to detail and time management.Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.Can relate in all levels of organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process.Manually prepare and submit timekeeping data.Process statutory benefits (e-filing, preparation of manual and online payment).Case study and follow through.Liaise with lawyers for cases that demands legal intervention.Full-cycle exit process.Prepares announcements for dissimenation to the electronic mailing list.Oversees the performance management initiatives.documentation of employee movements (conversion, termination, promotion, transfer, salary adjustment, etc.)Preparation of administrative documents (board resolutions, secretary's certificate, authorization letters, certifications, etc.)
