RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports HR activities in employee relations, engagement, recruitment, and training.Collects feedback and suggestions from employees and drives employee awareness of company rules, regulations, and activities through various communication channels.Issues requests for explanation on received Irregularity Reports and follows proper docu
mentation procedures.In-charge with the design of the employees’ newsletter and ensures its timely release.Assists in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding and submits weekly update reports.Coordinates with participants and facilitators on training schedule and prepares the logistical requirements of the training.Assists in the implementation of the annual Ethics Management Program.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.With at least 3 years of related experience; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage.An agile HR practitio
