Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager as HR Supervisor you shall work with the management to strategize and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. Follow responsibilities below. HR supervisor will help lead the HR team. You will take ownership (parallel to HR Manager) of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to off-boarding, to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development, policy creation and overall upkeep of the office premises. 

HR Supervisor Responsibilities:

Overall supervision of HR Generalists, HR/Admin Staff and other positions that may be later on transferred to HR. Assessment and evaluation of all HR process and procedures (Parallel with HR Manager)Recommendation and policy formulation based on documented assessments and evaluations.Assessment, identification, evaluation and recommendation as to proper Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Key Results Area (KRA), and other metrics that may be applicable to improve overall performance of all employees.Internal Audit of all HR related functions, documentation, process, and practices.Collaboration with all departments for actions, projects, and strategies that may be implemented from time to timeImproves company brandingDevelops career development program for employeesDevelops program to enhance employee engagementImprove and implement strategies for organizational developmentRegular review, assessment and recommendation for salary structure, payroll systems, payroll, and other benefits.Training, counseling and coaching our staff.Carrying out strategies and techniques for resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.Carrying out necessary administrative duties.Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.Creating clear and concise reports.Giving helpful and engaging presentations.Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.Regularly check the staff health condition according to the company's schedule (measuring body temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.)Drug management (purchasing, classification, labeling, issuance, registration, etc.)Dispense and conduct inventory of medicine and other medical supplies.Common sense knowledge training (for personnel, administrative staff)Organize and report on employee medical examination and inspection dataAccompany the employee to the hospitalCaring for the physical condition of employeesEntry medical examination review
