Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager as HR Supervisor you shall work with the management to strategize and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. Follow responsibilities below. HR supervisor will help lead the HR team. You will take ownership (parallel to HR Manager) of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to off-boarding, to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development, policy creation and overall upkeep of the office premises.
