ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. As a Strategic Partner provides the thought leadership in developing and implementing:
· a strategic business/operational planning process
· a shared vision, mission and values
· an appropriate organization structure, and
· an integrated human resource program.
2. As the Human Resource Head, builds an OHRM Department composed of competent, highly motivated and committed professionals who can effectively and efficiently implement the approved human resource program for IBC.
3. As a Competency Developer, coordinates the overall effort involved in establishing and implementing a company-wide competency development model cascaded from the organizational level down to job families, and major functional/service support groups, and key managerial positions in IBC.
4. As a Performance Management Specialist, develops and implement a managerial results and competency-based Performance Planning and Appraisal System with appropriate individual and group incentive pay policy and reward system.
5. As a Change Leader, coordinates the planning and implementation of change processes involving installation of new organization structures, policies and systems and guiding the smooth transition of the organization and individuals as they move from a current to a desired future condition.
6. As an HR Systems Specialist, institutes competency-based HR policies, systems and procedures for effective and efficient staff recruitment, selection, training, appraisal, reward systems, employee relations and communication and HR information system.
7. As an Office Administrator, formulates and directs the implementation of policies, systems and procedures to ensure effective and efficient office management, communication, staff housing, transport, health, wellness and safety services.
8. As a Role Model, provides leadership example in living by the values of the company, demonstrating desire for continuous learning, always striving for excellence and displaying good behavior, professionalism and discipline at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education:
College Graduate in Psychology, Business or Economics.
Must have taken Special Training in Strategic Human Resource, Organization Development or related courses
2. Experience:
about 10 years work experience or equivalent training, 5 years of which has been in a managerial capacity
3. Special Skills:
Leadership skills, Organizational Ability, Teaching and Communication
