Position Summary:
The HR Technology Analyst will serve as a liaison and business solutions partner between business units that support multiple brands, implementation teams, and Information Technology. They must possess a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices as well as mastery of internal processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures co
nsistency of HR technology processes across HR and operatio
nal areas and works with Audit to ensure audit/Sarbanes Oxley compliance of HR processesParticipate in the implementation and upgrade of employee system modules (includes data auditing, mapping, and testing)Analysis of incoming problem/issue tickets that come in to our ticketing system used by employees for their system issuesAnalyze system/application problems, design and implement workable solutions, and support such solutions to provide a reliable application with sustainable processesPrepare system training docu
mentation and deliver training on functio
nality and processes within the employee systems using various training methods (individual, classroom, co
nference call, and web events)Drives operatio
nal excellence through the creation, adoption and maturity of processes and tools aligned with Business f
rameworkDefine security permissions and for all HR applicatio
nsResponsible for managing, monitoring, and ensuring Co
ntinual Service Improvement (CSI) of Service Management processes and tools, with focus on exploring process improvement, customer service strategy and application enhancementsProvides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technologyThis is a global role requiring regular work outside normal business hours to communicate with people in multiple time zones
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year college or university; preferred 2 to 5 years of related experiences as an Analyst, Specialist, Administrator or Developer rule utilizing HR databa
se management techniques (preferably in Human Resources); or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient & skilled in computer hardware and applicatio
nHas good communication skills and writingHigh proficiency in PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, web-ba
sed authorizing tools, access databa
ses, Visio, SQL 8.0 Plus, Crystal Reporting, ODBC and all Microsoft Office productsProven project management and software implementation skillsExcellent analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, communication and interperso
