The Talent team is a group within the Enablement Services line which works with various service lines to provide end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support. At present, the team is comprised of experienced hiring teams, campus & GigNow program recruiters and the recruitment compliance and support team.
We will conduct a recruiting and onboarding orientation prior their actual immersion to help them learn the ropes in the Talent Team. The interns will provide general support to the Talent Team from planning and execution of recruiting related projects and events.
They will support the campus recruiters on day-to-day virtual recruitment, from candidate interviews and online assessment administration, scheduling with the hiring managers, and consolidating the reports necessary to analyze the hiring trend and improve the sourcing strategies of the team.
They will also provide support in campus-related activities including but not limited to virtual job fairs, acquisition of graduate listings, online university talks and assisting in internship program initiatives.
We’re looking for a student with passion in helping others in need, as becoming a part of TAA Team would require someone with a kind heart and positive outlook. It will be good to have someone who’s had experience organizing campus events and being active in student organizations.
We’re looking for a student with very good communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to ask for help and embrace feedback.
