The HR Associate will perform General HR Functions with highlights on the following duties:

(1) Timekeeping / Attendance 

(2) Benefits Administration

(3) Employee Relations

(4) Records Management

(5) Other General Administrative duties

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Industrial Relations or other related course;Preferably someone with a positive outlook, professional maturity and sense of confidentiality;Has good communication skills both oral and written;Willing to physically report at the Makati Head Office;Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and other internet tools;Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
