Design, develop, and lead the implementation of the career development strategy for the whole organizatio
nConnect the career development strategy with the business strategy and HR StrategySet the basic schedule of career development activities during the yearLead the step up program and manage the development of different development programs for specific groups of employees and talents and regularly assess its resultsPromote career development programs in the organization together with the Sr. HR ManagerLead the design of different assessment tools (9-box, skills assessment, values assessment, perso
nality assessment and the like)Promote career development programs and actively support all assessment centersLead, manage, and develop the team of Career Development Specialists in the futureLead strategic organization wide projects focused on the development of high potentials and young leaders
