Position Purpose: To provide HR support to stakeholders in areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent development and other HR transaction requirement.
Key Result Areas:
· Ensure full implementation of HR Process in each site
o Recruitment
o On Boarding & Regularization
o Performance Review
o Talent Management
o Employee Discipline
o Employee Engagement Programs
o Rewards & Recognition
· Prepare agreed HR reports to be submitted to HR Manager and Stakeholders within the time frame.
· To maintain the integrity of company and employee data and ensure that all staff records are in agreed program
· Comply with all Sodexo Standards and Procedures.
· Ensure that correct administrative procedures are followed.
· Facilitate staff activities and employee relations programs.
· Promote by example the principles of “The Power of Service”.
· Manage the administration of trainees and apprentices on sites.
· Administer employee recognition programs.
· Support Training person to ensure all staff receives ongoing training in Sodexo Standard Training programs.
· Support Recruitment Manager to ensure all sites are fully complemented in terms of required headcount.
· Attend meetings as required.
Key Competencies:
· Bachelor's Degree of HR, OD, Political Sciences, Educations or related fields
· Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources field
· Proficiency in written and spoken English
· The person must have shown the ability to handle conflict and build strong relationships within the
· Competent in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
· Excellent communications skills
· High level of commitment to Client Service
· Strong ethical standards and integrity
· Ability to work under pressure
· Experience in maintaining quality and accuracy in deliverables and processes
