JOB TITLE: HR ASSOCIATE
SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and competent HR Associate to join the HR team within a well-established global research and consultancy company.
The successful candidate is an assertive, organized, enthusiastic, and professional individual who will handle local and global functions. This position will focus on company benefits administration, employee engagement, joiner and leaver processes and various other administrative tasks relating to the department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing Human Resources activities including Recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, joiner and leaver processesMaintains and ensures accurate and co

ncerning HR processes such as the HRIS system, Trello Joiner and Leaver processes, staff movements within the company, company o
nline address list, and statutory reportsReceives, processes and respo
nds to day-to-day employee co
ncerns and coordinates with appropriate stakeholders as necessaryAssists in Recruitment through coordination with department heads, posting of job advertisements, initial pre-screening interviews, and completion of pre-employment requirementsSends internal announcements for holidays, new employees (joiners), farewell announcements (leavers), and vacation leavesPrepares Government Mandatory reports and ensure that they are compiled and paid on timeCreatively initiates, plans and executes activities that promote employee engagementSupports global field teams and other internatio
nal employees with the on-boarding process such as the provisions of a laptop / email / business card etc and coordinates with respective departments as necessary to ensure that these items are delivered prom

KEY REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration with major in Human Resources, Organizatio
nal Development or any other related fieldStrong organizatio
nal and analytical skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same functio
nKnowledgeable in HR facets such as recruitment, benefits administration, labor laws, employee engagement, Joiner and Leaver processesExcellent English language verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact / communicate professio
