about the Role:
The OD Specialist is part of the People & Culture Team and is responsible for promoting and supporting employee development by supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of development and training programs. They also support the successful rollout of OKRs through skill-building, communication, and coordination with HR Business Partners, department heads and supervisors.

Training Analysis & DevelopmentCo

valuations with advice for improvement.Determines training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveysDevelop and enhance key in-house training programs such as new manager development, client management and NHOManage in-house training logistics (venue, materials, speakers, food, etc), external training vendors, training attendance and employees’ subs
criptions to e-learning courses in line with the overall L&D strategy
Talent Development
Support the Talent Development and Performance Review processSupport the development of individual KPIs and learning goals ba
sed on company/department OKRs and competency modelsCoordinate organization-wide talent reviews and prepare talent reports for management approvalWork with the OD Lead and Employee Experience team to design career development and succession plans

Qualifications:

At least 2 years prior experience in the field of Organizatio
