We have a great opportunity for you to join as a System Administrator in HR Technology, Global Talent and HR Operations team.
In this role, you are responsible for the ongoing support of our Recruitment system.
You will manage the day-to-day operations, document processes, and provide ongoing support and data analyses to our customers.
You will investigate system issues, trace and log these with system provider and JIRA system, and review and analyse requests for system changes -- providing options and recommendations and working with technical and business analysts as required. You will manage system upgrades and patches, identifying impacted customers and clearly communicating the changes to not impact business operations.
To be successful in this role, you should have relevant system administration experience and technical expertise on SaaS application.
You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and have high attention to detail/accuracy but with ability to see the bigger picture. You should have strong communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex information to all levels of the organization. You should be able to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders and have a level of influencing / negotiating ability.
You should be a proficient user of the Microsoft suite, HR Systems Applications, Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence) and have fundamental IT knowledge. Desirable skills are in agile ways of working.
