HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) GENERALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing and recruitment of qualified applicants for open positions, and working with department managers to identify the skills and competencies required for each rolePerforms employee verification and background checks on eligible candidatesCo
nducts new hire on-boarding and other training as requiredEnsures co
ntinuous compliance with local labor lawsHandles all employee-related concerns, inquiries, and other routine HR services (time and attendance, leave management, employee benefits, etc)Maintains and updat

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field – ie. Psychology, Human Resources, etc.Minimum three (3) years experience with general knowledge of the different HR facets, including but not limited to: workforce planning, policy formulation, training and development, labor relations, compensation and benefits, etc.In-depth understanding and familiarity with Philippine labor lawSuperior verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent interperso

nflict resolution skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsPro-active, detailed, and results orientedEffective organizatio
