Employee Relations Officer
Process and work closely with the HR Manager for all labor cases; handling and issuance of incident reports and discipline memos (NTEs, NDAs).Assist the HR Manager in developing, execution of various programs for the welfare of the employees.Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
HR Account Officer
Attend to internal and external meetings as required.Ensure that proper coordination with government agencies, business partners/joint ventures and other departments/employees are carried out.Perform customer service by respo
nding to client requests and inquiries, coordinates problem resolution and follow up, and all other service related issues.Willing to do field works
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.With experience as Recruitment Officer & or Employee Relations OfficerExcellent MS Office knowledge and skillsKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresExcellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
