I. Job Summary:
HRGA Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing human resource functions of the branch. The position is likewise responsible for providing administrative support to the branch. The role will report to the General Manager and is responsible for the overall compliance to local regulatory bodies.
II. Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles all matters relating to staff welfare, local staff, support staff and Expatriates.Manages recruitment, training and development, performance and career management, employee retention and productivity.Respo
nsible for the planning, recommendation and implementation of internal and external staff training, in coordination with department heads.Reviews and makes recommendations to Management for improvement of policies, procedures and practices.Implements policies on recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee discipline and trainings.Bridging management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances and other issues.Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their respo
nsibilities in Company's Code of Conduct.Handles payroll matters including co
ntributions and loans on SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth.Prepares the training calendar in co
njunction with Training Need Analysis (TNA) of respective department.Mo

GENERAL ADMIN
Formulates policies, systems and procedures covering all administrative/office support services.Ensures the optimum inventory level of bank forms, office supplies equipment are maintained at all times.Coordinates with suppliers and third party contractors, service providers and vendors.Handles on-boarding requirements of Expatriates involving the arrangement and coordination for all docu
ments needed in the procurement of Alien Employment Permit and 9(g) visa and other related governmental requirements.Prepares and submits BSP, BAP, PDIC, DOLE and H.O reports relating to local staff/officers and expatriates in compliance with the rules and regulations.Prepares Executive Management Committee meeting minutes.Respo
