Job Description

I. HR Associate - Recruitment

Manpower Needed: 1

Liaises with other managers to determine staffing requirements for supervisory and managerial positionsUses internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriateEnsures compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirementsAssists other managers to process job applications and respond to queriesOrganizes and takes part in interview procedures as requiredDevelops and keeps up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues

II. HR Associate - Employee Relations

Disciplinary Action ProcessConciliation and Mediation SettlementsCoaching and Counselling SessionsCultural and Spiritual Activities

III. HR Associate - Records and documentation 2

Manpower Needed: 1

Performs general clerical work, compiles and prepares reports as required, bills, forms and other matters for clerical records, and routes outgoing documents of the department.Prepares and monitors employee movement such as promotion / transfer / change in position and similar movements and prepares the necessary documentation prior to approval of the concerned immediate superior / department heads.Assists in developing a system to support each department with their HR related concerns / inquiry by delivering effective service and solution.Maintains and updates the 201 and 202 files and other records.Ensures government compliance such as DOLE, PSA, Municipality, and other compliance.Performs various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.

IV. HR Associate - Records and documentation 1

Manpower Needed: 1

Performs general clerical work, compiles and prepares reports as required, bills, forms and other matters for clerical records, and routes outgoing documents of the department.Conducts exit interview for rank & file to determine the common reasons on resignations, AWOL or backed outs and assists in implementing appropriate and timely intervention programs.Prepares announcement of resigning employees for proper information of all concerned parties.Prepares and monitors separation clearance of resigning employees and coordinates such to all concerned parties including the payroll-in-charge.Conducts New onboard Employee Orientation.

V. HR Associate - Records and Timekeeping

Manpower Needed: 1

Performs general clerical work, compiles and prepares reports as required, bills, forms and other matters for clerical records, and routes outgoing documents of the department.Checks web DTR of Commissary and Kiosk Operations teamRecords and addresses payroll concernsHandles HMO and Insurance

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or related course.At least 2 years relevant experience in Human ResourcesProficient in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Google appsPractices high level of confidentialityEffective oral and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsHigh level of organizational skills

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with one hour lunch break
