Job Description
Maintains headcount for an efficient flow of business operationsSources candidates by facilitating different channels – online advertisement, newspapers ads, referrals, job fairs and executive search firmsPrepares budget for recruitmentConducts pre- screening and initial interview to candidates for vacant posts; administers qualifying examinationsArrange interview schedules of candidates with the department heads and managersevaluates the candidate’s credentials and identifies of the best qualified applicant using selection procedures;Develops and recommends recruitment policies and procedures subject to the approval of the immediate superiorConducts regular manpower inventoryConducts manpower forecasting with managers of different departmentsProcess pre-employment requirements of newly hired employeesDevelop and maintain talent management databaseConducts company orientation to newly hired employeesDevelops and research for the improvement in recruitment channels or networking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Industrial Psychology or any related courseMinimum (2) years of working experience as Recruitment OfficerWith Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing and People SkillGood JudgmentHandle Recruitment Process, Job Hiring & Other Manpower Sourcing
