By joining us as a Lead Analyst, Indirect Research & Analytics, you will complete an extensive classroom and on-the-job training conducted by our process experts and leaders from Digital Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Resource Center group. The program will cover functions on Operational Analytics, Category Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Information Sharing, and Internal Customer Management to equip and develop your competency and capabilities in various functions. After the program, you will be part of a high-performing, dynamic, and customer-focused Digital Supply Chain Operations Team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Consolidate data from the indirect sourcing ERP tool to provide near real time metrics relating to the performance of commodity managers and buyers.Provide insights that will allow program managers the ability to quickly identify areas for improvement in the Indirect Procurement Operations group.Leverage technical knowledge of categories to analyze data, create models, and build reports to support category initiatives and sourcing events.Conduct external research for market intelligence to support category strategy, pricing analysis, and savings estimates.Leverage analytical tools to conduct spend, historical pricing, and demand/supply analyses, and will create predictive demand/spend forecasts.Perform should-cost and total-cost modelling to support sourcing events.Support the analysis of data to measure overall Procurement performance.Conducts statistical analyses to measure compliance against policies and procedures.Maintain analytical tools and templates, including dashboards (Oracle FAW, Power BI) to support commodity managers.Liaise with stakeholders to understand the requirements or business needs, as well as identify the solution required.Work closely with internal customers/POCs to identify loopholes and process gaps.Respond timely and accurately to the escalations from stakeholders. Escalate specific issues and provide recommendation to address them.Identify problems, analyze trend, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Support the drive for change management process to ensure that projects of Digital Supply Chain Operations are adopted by relevant internal teams.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

At least 5 years relevant work experience in insights, reporting, visualization, and analytics, dealing with complex date sets and systems.Experience in analytics domain covering data mining, statistical modeling and analysis, large scale data acquisition and transformation for both structured and unstructured data.Understanding of the functionality and data flows within an ERP system.Basic knowledge of the procurement functions starting from original requisition and ending at invoice payment.Experience working with stakeholders at senior leadership and functional groups to analyze business condition and generate strategic insights to support business decisions.
