Job Qualifications:
Key Result Area 1 - Customer Support Management
• Oversee management of Retail Customer Support and station support to ensure the program is being implemented properly
• Provide updates , developments and recommendations to improve customer handling in cooperation with concerned retail groups including handling and analysis of suspicious card accounts subject for fraud investigation
• Establish best practices by providing project pre and post evaluation results, measure success and manage ongoing programs. Analyze customer feedbacks and come up with possible improved features of the program
Key Result Area 2 – Partnership Engagements
• Engage with potential partners with digital touchpoints to expand options for mode of payment available to consumers
• Establish effective solutions that help reduce support costs for existing or new projects or campaigns
• Manage administrative execution of partnerships in coordination with legal, operations, marketing, technical support and accounting
Key Result Area 3 – Campaign Rollout & Implementation
