Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Communications Arts, Marketing, Business course or equivalentWith at least 3-4 years of experience in cards marketing, loyalty, business development, CRM, retail promotions, digital marketingMust have knowledge with data analytics, basic loyalty systems, partnership accounts management, market research, and customer serviceMust be willing to do occasional fieldwork for partnership accounts management and events activationsWith strong customer-oriented communication skills and customer service ethics

​Job Qualifications:

Key Result Area 1 - Customer Support Management

• Oversee management of Retail Customer Support and station support to ensure the program is being implemented properly

• Provide updates , developments and recommendations to improve customer handling in cooperation with concerned retail groups including handling and analysis of suspicious card accounts subject for fraud investigation

• Establish best practices by providing project pre and post evaluation results, measure success and manage ongoing programs. Analyze customer feedbacks and come up with possible improved features of the program

​Key Result Area 2 – Partnership Engagements

​• Engage with potential partners with digital touchpoints to expand options for mode of payment available to consumers

• Establish effective solutions that help reduce support costs for existing or new projects or campaigns

• Manage administrative execution of partnerships in coordination with legal, operations, marketing, technical support and accounting

Key Result Area 3 – Campaign Rollout & Implementation

Provide support to project lead by engaging with key responsible teams to assist in creating or completing a project station process and proceduresTrain or orient key performers of the programs to ensure quality implementation at the station level​Administer necessary documentation that would satisfy end user requirements and its providers, sustaining smooth lead time production of required deliverables
