Job Description:Sell enterprise and B2B clients.Set clear goals and directions to generate sales.Recruit, train, and coach the sales agents to maximize their potential.Delegate and set targets to sales agents.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.Monitor installation and aftersales of ICT Accounts.Participate and perform any special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business.Job Qualifications:Candidate must be a graduate of any Business courses.Graduated with Latin Honors is an advantage.With at least 2 years of sales experience in utility industry, preferably in B2B clients.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Meticulous attention to detail with superb organization skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Available positions are situated in Taguig or Bacoor, Cavite.Applicants must be willing to render duties on a Monday-Friday schedule, plus 2 Saturdays in a month.
