Job Description
Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the organization; ensures that subordinate employees perform their respective functions in like manner.Compile and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers.Work with sales team in analyzing monthly sales and marketing data for the achievement of sales target.Manages sales database and releases regular reports to help in the analysis of the performance of each sales team.Monitors the budget of sales operations and its expenditure vis-à-vis sales target compliance.Monitors the result of all sales activities vis-à-vis expenses.Periodically releases cost-benefit analysis for all sales related activities and initiativesManage select sales service providers to ensure compliance with internal timelines.Help sales team in the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives and sales activities.Assist marketing and sales in updating any necessary marketing pieces for tradeshows helping with overall preparation (marketing collateral, logistics).Prepare programs to ensure the on-time delivery of sales materials and collaterals to seller.Analyze and report on web site visitor behavior using Google Analytics.Supervises the admin group in coordination with Reservation and documentation Services in the hand-over of documents and requirements of newly reserved units.Coordinates with Account Administration Dept to ensure that documents are submitted on time to avoid delay in loan take-out.Coordinates with concerned departments and external parties regarding matters pertaining to cancellations and re-opened units, housing completion schedules, commissions and budgets for sales activities.Submits to superior officers monthly reports on the operations and activities of work unit with corresponding analysis and recommendations.Visits all sales offices on a regular basis to inspect them to ensure effective and efficient operations of the sales admin support team in the concerned areas.Attends training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional, technical, and personal proficiencies.Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Completion of bachelor’s degree Business Administration; Marketing major is a definite advantage.With at least five years experience in real estate industry.
