AUDIT

Perform audit/investigation based on audit plan and as instructed by Fleet Quality Lead.Monitor compliance to the approved CA/PA.Recommend process improvement and new quality control measures to Standards & Policy as a result of the audit/investigation performed.Perform risk assessment and Trend analysis of events and audit findings.Endorse and/or recommend possible disciplinary cases to management and HR based on the result of audit/ investigation.Oversee quality control inspection during onsite visit and audit.

TRAINING

Create and maintain training materials for internal and external use. Liaise with Marketing and other internal departments within Flash Group for approvals.Facilitate training to internal and external stakeholders (merchants). Ensure quality of training.Address and resolve training and procurement related concerns by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure external communication/educational materials provided to merchants are up to date.Perform all procurement related activities including coordination with Procurement, sourcing vendors, filing in the PR system, monitoring vendor SLAs and payments.Identify gaps in operations, training and propose process improvement.

Qualifications:

Must be a Bachelor's degree in business or any related courses.Willing to work on-site from Mondays to Saturdays at McKinley West BGC, Taguig City.
