build a strategic relationship with SMB partners based on trust and respect.Collaborate with the internal department to facilitate partner fulfillment.collate and analyze partner's business performance to develop strategies that would help grow their business.grow partners business and revenue through offering marketing promos and expansion.identify and understand partners' business need to be able to customize grab product offering.expand partner merchants business with grab by offering other grab products and service (grabfood, grabmart grab express grabpay, grabads GFSA and other) to further create partnership valueassist in collection efforts as part of business compliance.keep accurate and updated record if account-related information.Maintain updated knowledge records of company product and service.Identify industry trends and conduct competitive intelligence initiatives.Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the partner experience.

Client Management

Participates in arour meeting brainstorming and ideation with client and project leads.Create And submits report to the client as necessary and as required
