Responsibilities:Facilitates the administrative needs of new hires and ensures the collection, compilation and completion of pre-employment requirements.Keeping track of employees' complete requirements upon onboarding.Responsible in encoding of new hires' data into the pre-employment database.Managing and updating of records and reports.Assists in General Recruitment, Benefits and Payroll units. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned as needed.Knowledge and skills requirements:Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalentMust be able to communicate well in both verbal and written EnglishMust be able to work comfortably in a group or individuallyProficient in MS Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS OutlookKnowledge in using various HR systems and processes (HRIS and Peoplesoft) Knowledge in processing government mandated statutory requirementsProficient in using the data entry module in the BIR websiteCompetent at handling multiple demands and ability to prioritize effectivelyDemonstrates high levels of integrity and confidentiality in all mattersDisplays initiative, creative thinking and the ability to offer innovative ideas Ability to assert own ideas, and influence others, to gain support and commitment for shared accountabilities within projects
