Role and Responsibilities
Daily In-depth assessment/screening of all corporate TA applicants.Ensures strong implementation and application of STAR ba
sed competency interviewsSets expectation to all applicants regarding the overall screening process and relate stages.Ensures all applicants processed on a daily basis are well informed of the stage of their application, their status and compliance of completing all necessary information gathering through filling out of the Applicant Kiosk.Recruits, interviews, tests and selects candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions.Develops knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner.Develops innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each client department.Leverages various resources to source qualified candidates including the Internet, community ba
sed organizations, print media, and formal/informal networks.Co
nducts reference checks, communicate status of selection process to candidates, and extend employment offers to candidates.Mo
nitors salary administration, in partnership with compensation, to ensure compliance and equity within the organization. May perform additio
nal duties or special projects such as exit interviews or new employee orientation. Submission of weekly processed and endorsements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any course. Preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resources Management At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment; Exposure in BPO industry is an advantageMust possess the following competencies:
