JOB SUMMARY:
· Responsible for development and delivering of HR and Admin Processes/General HR. Such as but not limited to :
A. Administrative Process:
B. Recruitment
1. To assist in scheduling face to face interview of candidates to be evaluated my requesting superior/s.
2. To consolidate, maintain and safe keep of employee requirements in VISMIN
3. To assist onboarding of new hires and endorsement with superior/s and working buddy as needed.
C. Timekeeping
1. To strictly monitor attendance reporting (leaves, absences, undertime) of VISMIN based employees
2. Bi-monthly timekeeping of work hours of VISMIN based employees to be collated and submitted to Payroll Officer.
