QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four year course related to compensation analysis or human resourcesWith at least 3 years of solid experience in compensation analysis, job e
valuation, salary design, and other related HR rolesMust be knowledgeable in creating job des
criptions, doing job leveling, and salary scalesMust be resourceful and knowledgeable on the different sources of information needed to accomplish the jobMust be quick to comprehend instructions, detail-oriented, and results-drivenExperience from the real estate and co
