Job Description

Job Function:

Assist the board of directors Secretary and Treasurer in the accomplishment of all their function; duties and responsibilities stated in the Cooperative's By-LawsCarry out administrative duties such as but not limited to filing, copying, scanning, etc.Assist in any clerical, record-keeping, secretarial functions and activitiesMaintain contact lists, answer phone calls and schedule appointments;Book travel/meeting arrangements including requirement preparation and processing;Attend and take detailed minutes of board meetings;Write and distribute email, board resolutions, memos, and other communications from the Board of Directors;Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports of the Board of Secretary and TreasurerAny other tasks instructed by the immediate supervisor required for the Compliance Department

Job Qualification:

Graduate of Cooperative Business/Management or related courseWith at least 6 months to 1 year of experienceAlso open for fresh graduatesHas experience in dealing with customers and clientsWith excellent communication skills and can relate well with peopleComputer literate
