HR Leadership Development Specialists is responsible for the effective delivery and facilitation of adult learning in support of client programs and shall perform the team's lead generation initiatives.Job Description :Updates various training databases/trackers on a regular basis.Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) or other diagnostic tools of the requesting unit and prepares initial training program recommendation.Administers evaluation forms for the improvement of training programs being implemented and planned.Administers written and practical training exams for functional-technical programs that would accurately assess the sufficiency of the training conducted and the participant’s progress.Performs continuous assessment and identifies specific training areas that can be improvedCreates the necessary training reports and documents to aid the continuous effectiveness and efficiency of each program.Adheres to the developed classroom agenda/timelines and content flow.Utilizes creative and adult/accelerated training techniques in conducting training sessions and employs a variety of training delivery modalities (instructor-led training, webinars, blended learning, etc.) suitable to the content and learners.Utilizes effective presentation and facilitation skills in both live and virtual classroom trainings.Completes daily training administrative work as required.Develops agendas and coordinates with clients or other departments for additional item requirements (i.e. calls, scripts, etc.).Prepares program delivery methodology using the prescribed guidelines and knowledge of the components of an effective program.Performs supervised instructional design activities at a defined level of competency.Conducts call outs and email blasts to possible client leads.Provides efficient and effective delivery of services and exceeds SLA's desired performance level (minimal to no error)Exerts all efforts and possibilities to provide solutions and services the internal and external clients expect and requireFacilitates training/workshop if needed and other training requirements of the organization or client requirement.Assesses training requirements and special requests coming from the different business units or through new programs initiated by the Learning Group, and external client training requests.Coordinates with Learning Group on collaborative implementation of training programs based on organizational and employee needs.Represents the team/organization in client meetings.Consolidates training plans, results, and measurements forms for the review of immediate superior.Coordinates all training and development efforts, issues, and concerns with the appropriate personnel/group.Facilitates quarterly Learning Blitz or CLASS IN-SESSION to support the development of Learning Specialists as well as to further equip CLASS Specialists the ability to conduct public speakGathers information and analyzes data shared to ascertain needs of the clients.Generates and gathers various data and analyzes it as may be needed and requeAnalyzes training analytics to determine knowledge gaps and other areas for improvement.Generates and gathers various data and analyzes it as may be needed and requested by different unitsPrepares, corresponds and generates reports for internal and or external clients in a timely manner.Communicates ideas clearly and articulately in all presentation and situation; ensures that the idea is well expressed and understood.Job Specification :Graduate of any 4 year courseAt least 2 years work experience as a trainer and/or significant Language/Soft Skills training/teaching experienceMust have:Project, client management skills• Language, Soft Skills, Sales or Product proficient/certifiedMust Completed LTC/ Development Track Program of the departmentProficiency with basic computer operations and applications (MS Office)• Excellent oral and written communication skills•Working knowledge of various Adult Learning principles and methodsSound understanding on the Training Cycle (incl. Training design, Training administration, Training Needs Analysis Training evaluation and Management, etc.)Language proficiency (incl.
