The primary function of this position is to ensure delivery of Rank & File manpower requirements based on set targets.

nnel requisitions from requisitio
ning departments and ensuring that requests are compliant to recruitment's standard procedures.Screen and co
nduct initial interview to all qualified Rank & File applicants, and maintains the company's applicant pool.Collaborate with site HR team in ensuring timely delivery of manpower requirements in all project sites.Maintains the 201 files of all employees - ensures completeness of Pre-employment requirements and associated docu
ments for all on-boarding employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management, or any related coursePreferably Licensed PsychometricianWith background in the different facets of Human Resources especially in RecruitmentWith good communication skills, both verbal and written, and highly organized.Willing to relocate.
