Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to provide reporting and analytics and to assist in the direct recruitment of people into the UK business through effective use of routes to market, helping to generate a high number of direct applications into the business driving down cost per hire.
Individual Accountability:
The Recruitment Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition Team with operational recruitment activities, reporting and analytics throughout the recruitment process and key tasks include but are not limited to:
Produce timely adhoc and standard recruitment operatio
nal reportsDevelop, maintain, and analyse data and translate it into actio
nable insights through dashboards, charts, and other visualization toolsProactively source active and passive candidates by leveraging all recruiting channels to provide a pipeline of candidatesCo
