Perform sourcing activities – post job ads in all career portals, join FB groups, share in social media accounts, publish internal job ads for referrals and internal applicantsConduct initial screening for rank-and-file positions Paper screen all application received in different sourcing channelsContact the candidate for phone interview to determine if they meet the qualification for the post c.schedule the candidates, if needed, for additional assessment – i.e. examination, practical assessment, hiring manager’s interview
