The Talent Management Specialist (Employee Engagement) serves as the primary point of contact for corporate social responsibility programs, employee engagement, and communications, and is in charge of the concept planning, development, coordination, and execution of employee activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Employee Engagement
Assist with the initiation, management and execution of employee programs, events, strategies, and other activities that align with and support the organization’s core values with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement.Research and suggest new programs and possible enhancements to existing CSR programs.Assist with the development and delivery of the organization’s calendar of activities.Assist the Culture and People Development Manager in collecting data to support co
ntinued employee engagement initiatives.Coordinates with Department Heads to determine employees for commendation.Plan and execute employee recognition initiatives including Employee of the Mo
nth Awards, Loyalty Awards (5, 10, and 15 years), Teamwork Awards, and Perfect Attendance Awards.In charge of developing and disseminating company-wide communications, upcoming events, and activities.Create and release mo
nthly birthday greeting poster.Oversee the execution of employee and CSR events, as well as the preparation of post-e
valuation reports to assess success and docu
