Job Summary:

We’re looking for an Analyst to join our Risk and Controls - Integrated Approach Program! This expert will do tasks related to support process, risk and control identification, documentation, and the assessment of business units in all Asian jurisdictions and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

document processes, risks, and controls in collaboration with business units; and maintain the documentation on a set frequency in Archer (GRC tool)Review and implement change requests to the business process and common unit applications within ArcherSupport the IAP team with development of training material, communication templates, marketing campaign, etc.Support the Integrated Approach Program (IAP) objectives and goals to effectively manage changes and updates in Asia and North America

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fieldsProfessional knowledge in Risk Management, Internal Control, and Audit Principles2+ years working experience in a Public Accounting firm specializing in Insurance, Asset Management, Banking, or Financial Services industriesExperience in Audit, ORM, and Compliance reviews and assessmentsAbility to document process flowchart or narrativeProficient in MS Office Suite of products (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Must have or be willing to acquire expertise with VisioStrong communication skillsFlexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity

Nice-to-Haves:

COSO knowledge and experienceAsian language skills, specifically Chinese, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Khmer, or Japanese
