Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Recruitment Officer will report to the Sales Recruitment Lead.  Main function is to conduct targeted selection interview for sales applicants preferably from the real estate industry. Make and recommend hiring decisions based on the interview and aptitude test results. Assist the Sales Recruitment Managers/Heads in ensuring that recruitment requirements/sales organization of the clusters are fulfilled as required. Supervise functionally and administratively the Sales Recruitment Staff. Conduct regular and ad hoc performance review/coaching with the Sales Recruitment Staff who needs it. Maintain communication with the sales applicants for interview schedule, results and documentary requirements for affiliation purposes. Ensure all interview/application/test aptitude forms are completed accordingly by the applicants and kept with confidentiality. Ability to train and develop the skills and competencies of the Sales Recruitment Staff / transfer knowledge to incoming members. Prepare and submit regular / ad hoc sales recruitment reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SOURCING OF SALES APPLICANTS (All Levels)

Various sourcing channels (Job fairs, online recruitment sites, paid advertisements and the like)Referral Network Building 

2. INTERVIEW

Conduct interviews with sales applicants (specifically for Jr./Sr. Sales Property Consultants or other positions as may be assigned by the Sales Recruitment Managers/Heads)Endorsement of interview results to the hiring managersBe able to interpret and support interview decisions for appreciation/review of the hiring managers

3. PERFORMANCE REPORTING

Preparation and Submission of Regular Recruitment Reports to the Sales Recruitment Head

4. AD HOC

Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Recruitment HeadAttend meetings regularly or as required by the Sales Recruitment HeadContact sales applicants for interview schedule, results and affiliation concerns Act as point-of-contact in the absence of the Sales Recruitment Manager/s or when so assignedKeep himself/herself abreast with the industry changes and develop own skills to adapt to it

5. documentATION COMPLIANCE

Assist sales applicants with providing them the list of affiliation documentary requirements and reminding them of the deadline/timelinesResponsible in ensuring that all required application forms/aptitude tests are filled-out/completed by the sales applicantsRecord interview and aptitude tests results in the corresponding reports (RAAS)Maintain custody of all application, recruitment and aptitude test forms with confidentialityScreen documents for affiliation and ensure compliance of contents and monitor/track submission

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:

College Degree or higher in any of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Office Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration companiesMinimum of 3 years as Sales Recruitment Assistant/Staff / 1 year in a supervisory role in Sales or Corporate Recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry Interviewing Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication and Presentation Skills – may present certification but not required
