JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Recruitment Officer will report to the Sales Recruitment Lead. Main function is to conduct targeted selection interview for sales applicants preferably from the real estate industry. Make and recommend hiring decisions based on the interview and aptitude test results. Assist the Sales Recruitment Managers/Heads in ensuring that recruitment requirements/sales organization of the clusters are fulfilled as required. Supervise functionally and administratively the Sales Recruitment Staff. Conduct regular and ad hoc performance review/coaching with the Sales Recruitment Staff who needs it. Maintain communication with the sales applicants for interview schedule, results and documentary requirements for affiliation purposes. Ensure all interview/application/test aptitude forms are completed accordingly by the applicants and kept with confidentiality. Ability to train and develop the skills and competencies of the Sales Recruitment Staff / transfer knowledge to incoming members. Prepare and submit regular / ad hoc sales recruitment reports.

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
College Degree or higher in any of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Office Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration companiesMinimum of 3 years as Sales Recruitment Assistant/Staff / 1 year in a supervisory role in Sales or Corporate Recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry Interviewing Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication and Presentation Skills – may present certification but not required
