Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesManages all facets of HR for the region. Initial focus will be on our Manila office but the regionalresponsibilities will expand over time to include our Sydney, Australia and Tokyo, Japan offices.Manages full-cycle recruitment.Conducts new employee orientations to foster a positive company culture. Responsible for managingrelationships with outside suppliers to provide employee services such as temp agencies and search firms.Prepares employee separation notices and conducts exit interviews.Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity with theorganization.Creates and keeps job descriptions up-to-date and compliant.Supports the strategic and cultural initiatives of the company including promoting equality and diversity aspart of the company culture.Create and coordinate employee events to keep the workplace fun and engaging.Monitors and ensures the company's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws andregulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintaincompliance.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR or related field is required. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, GDPR) is a plus.At least 7 years of experience required with at least 3 years of management experience. International HRexperience a plus.Proficiency with MS Office suite with a strong emphasis on Excel. SharePoint experience a plus.HRIS and applicant tracking systems experience required.Keen attention to detail with experience in high compliance environments.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and strategically analyze work on initiative set personal deadlines.Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines as part of a dynamic team.Resourceful and can-do attitude.Analytical skills are required to research and resolve inquiries.Experience with conflict resolution and coaching.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Native/fluent English.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Experience working in a global company.Ability to work from an office.Reports to the US based Vice President of Human Resources.
