ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER

Our awesome client, a leading management services company based in Australia is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to be part of their team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

InvoicingControl and management of all receivables across the GroupCollections activities and accountingLiaising with debt collection agencies when requiredReceivables reporting to senior stakeholdersMonitoring and improving receivables agingEnsuring completeness and accuracy of all billing/receivables including invoice processing and receiptingHandling customer enquiries and managing the AR email inboxMaintenance of customer recordsManagement and streamlining of all current AR processes and procedures, including maintaining up to date procedural documentationAssisting with completion of various month end activitiesBank reconciliations, GL reconciliations and GL journalsReconciliation of General Ledger AccountsMonth end activities including revenue accrualsOther activities as directed by Senior Finance team members

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Understanding of finance systems and processes.Proven ability to work in a team environmentProven ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneouslyHigh attention to detailExcellent communication skillsIntermediate/advanced level of Excel skillsExperience in a similar role with an in depth understanding of accounts receivable processes across a varied ledger of receivablesExperience in a high-volume environmentDiploma or degree qualified in accounting preferred
