Key Responsibilities:
Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of Volume Sourcing strategiesCo
nceptualization and implementation of Manulife’s Volume Sourcing strategiesStrengthen and build relatio
nships with internal and external stakeholdersAdhere to all relevant Manulife guidelines and regulations to mitigate risksManage Volume Sourcing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analysisPartnering with the business unit head and internal stakeholders to plan and implement sourcing strategies specific to Volume Recruitment
Qualifications:
University degree, preferably a graduate of Marketing, Behavioral Science, or Psychology5+ years of Talent Sourcing experience in the BPO/ Shared Services industryAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksSkilled in reporting and analysis, preferably intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel and similar tools
