Job Description
The position is responsible in taking the lead in planning and developing sourcing programs to ensure hiring of quality personnel and maintain a continuous pool of highly qualified applicants
Oversees implementation of sourcing activities/initiatives and prepares detailed post-activity reports.Oversees the supervision of sourcing personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. e
valuates performance and makes recommendations for perso
nnel actions.Coordinates with job portals and maintains resume data bank for key positions.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to timeProvide strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functio
nal talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors.Ensures that there are enough candidate sources to meet the needs of all assigned business units.Works closely with Recruitment Manager to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements, ensure that job des
criptions are updated and obtain job behavioral profiles.Develops recommendations and present findings to department management; participating in special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Must have completed at least 2 years in college / Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalentAt least 1 years recruiting experience in a BPO set-up, Recruitment firm, Sourcing or Outbound Team LeadExperience or background in Marketing or Recruitment branding would be an advantageKnowledge of general recruitment processes
