Collect HR and verify daily, weekly or monthly timesheetsPrepare payroll (bi-weekly), calculate OT, allowances, and etc.Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulationsEnsuring all payroll transactions are processed efficientlyCompiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages and reporting on thisDetermining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, benefits, taxes, employer's unemployment, and workers compensation paymentsResolving payroll discrepanciesMaintaining payroll operations by following policies and proceduresMaintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.Answer employees’ timekeeping-related queries
