JOB SUMMARYPrepares and analyzes operational and administrative budgets versus actual expenses on a monthly basis. Prepares quarterly reports to the management of the results of operations compares to approved budget of the year. JOB DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESReviews all operational and administrative budgets to the actual reports on a monthly basis identifying areas of concernReleases purchase requisition in SAP and check request verifying budget is sufficient and proper charge codes are identifiedAssists various department with completing yearly budget request and justifications and consolidates approved Company Financial and Operating budgetsWorks with Senior Budget Manager to review and analyze budget performance to include a review of actual and budgeted expensesDevelops profit and loss segmental reports for managementMonitors budget versus actual figures and works with department heads to develop strategies to maximize budget efficienciesExtracts and analyses data in the SAP systemPrepares weekly leasing report to the President and monthly leasing update for board purposesOther tasks as designated by the Senior Budget Manager JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must be a BSBA Graduate, CPA is an advantageAt least two years of experience in a Real Estate CompanyWith working knowledge on using computerized Accounting System, preferably SAPHighly analytical and ken to detailsCan work under pressureWith good communication and interpersonal skillsProficient on using MS Applications, specifically MS Excel, Powerpoint
