Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures.
2.Utilizes computerized accounting software programs to perform duties and responsibilities.
3.Generates accounting statements and reports.
4.Researches cash receipts, coding, and posting receipts.
5.Prepares daily bank deposits.
6.Oversees client trust accounts, accounts receivable write-offs, and payment reversals.
7.Develops automated spreadsheets.
8.Organizes and maintains up-to-date financial records.
9.Assists in financial management and analysis, as requested.
10. Organizes and maintains retention files for a required period of time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Accounting Technology or any related course.
Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
